Kraft Ore-Ida concern - Ore-Ida Fries
I recently tried a package of your Ore Ida shredded potato and enjoyed it enough to try the golden fries. I opened the first bag today and find some that look bad. We purchased four bags of the golden fries for our freezer and now worry to expect this in each bag. Packaging says 10o% real potatoes, so I expect to get potato eyes tho don't want what looks like rotten parts. I don't believe the rotted parts will hurt just just look very bad. I like these for convenience and sadly feel afraid to just fry up a batch and serve them without inspecting each one. For the supply we have now, I will have to examine each fry before cooking. I have tried other brands including a local superstore brand (W) and compared to those I like yours better. I will probably continue to buy your potatoes, though not as many as I would like due to this concern. cmori2@mail.com
